Brad Tschida

Brad’s Bio:

My family has made Missoula its home since 1963. I was educated at Loyola High School and the University of Montana, graduating in 1979 with a BA in Education.

I most recently left an 11+ year career in the dairy industry, where I bought and sold milk-based ingredients to food industry companies throughout the US.

I received my real estate license in 2019 and joined forces with Windermere Real Estate in May of 2020. The key factors in my decision to work with Windermere were the integrity and reputation of the organization and its professional Realtors® and the professionalism shown by the managing broker, John Brauer.

Serving my community is important to me (St. Anthony and St. Francis Catholic parishes / Knights of Columbus / Missoula Exchange Club / coaching youth and high school sports). I’ve also represented House District 97 for 3 terms in the Montana House of Representatives and had the honor of being elected as the House Majority Leader in the 2019 session.

I was blessed to meet the most wonderful lady in Missoula, Leslee Stout, who became my bride in 1981. We have 5 adult children, ranging in age from 38 to 30, and 7 grandchildren.

Giving back to my community is key to me and my family, on both sides. As you make one of your most important financial decisions, a home purchase, allow me to help guide you through that process.
